A common term used in many military establishments in the Middle East is the generic:

3maliyaat al-imdaad wa al-tamwiin

عمليات الامداد والتموين

That said, a more-recent hybrid term that reflects an occasional emergence of "Arabish" is (in the adjectival form):

3maliyaat lojistiikiya عمليات لوجيستيكية

This latter term appears used mostly in the militaries of the Arab GCC member states.
