A material that is intentionally added to a pure semiconductor material in order to increase the population of free electrons in that semiconductor, resulting in a net negative charge. A semiconductor that has had donor material added to it is called "n-type."

باعث الالكترونات هي المادة التي تضاف إلي المواد من أشباه الموصلات في مرحلة التصنيع فتزيد من درجة التوصيل لها عن طريق بعث عدد من الالكترونات الموجودة في المدار الخارجي من ذرة باعث الالكترونات مما يعمل علي زيادة عدد الالكترونات الأصلية في المادة فتزيد القدرة علي التوصيل .

باعث الالكترونات هي المادة التي تضاف إلي المواد من أشباه الموصلات في مرحلة التصنيع فتزيد من درجة التوصيل لها عن طريق بعث عدد من الالكترونات الموجودة في المدار الخارجي من ذرة باعث الالكترونات مما يعمل علي زيادة عدد الالكترونات الأصلية في المادة فتزيد القدرة علي التوصيل .

المادة المانحة للإلكترونات هي مادة تضاف إلي أشباه الموصلات بهدف زيادة الالكترونات الحرة في أشباه الموصلات مما يؤدي إلي زيادة قدرتها على توصيل التيار الكهربي.
