Explanation:
Now "poop" as a salng stands for "inside information"

Going for that, I'd explain it as the following:

Kid: resource (the person providing him/her with the info)
Poopy diaper: poop would be the inside information hidden within the diaper!

The image is disgusting if you ask me, but I believe the speaker is indicating (s*h*i*t*t*y) inside information.

Poopy diapers = dirty (even loaded with dirt) diapers.

I may express it as: صاحب علبة الأسرار in Arabic as well. Where علبة = diaper, kid = صاحب, poop = أسرار .... YAAAAAK!
