Yes Abdul, it still means "as white as La Blanche's hand" as they are referring to the hand here. I know he means to compare both ladies' complexions, but as a reply to her saying "look at my hand", he is comparing her hand to "La Blanche's"

According to the context and the possessive "S", there is no confusion that he is referring to her hand.
