نحاول ترجمتها بشكل لا يظهرها بأنها علاقة سلبية, فهي فى الحقيقة علاقة إيجابية بين الرئيس والمرؤوس وليست علاقة سلبية مثل علاقة القوة المهيمنة على القوة الضعيفة ويستخدم هذا المصطلح فى سياقات مختلفة منها انصياع الشباب رغم حيويتهم لقيادة من هم أكبر سناً
