agree  Samer Helmy: هيمنة is the correct term in this case, and is indicated by Allah's name: المهيمن. Check this link for an article about it http://www.islammedia.ws/ref/1796. Otherwise however, sovereignty would actually translate "سيادة", such as in political bodies.
