the problem is that He is describing Allah, So how can I possibly use " Being" is a proper way in Arabic:

Here is the context:

Certainly, it is not the possessor of the eye himself who decides to create his own eye. Because, it is indeed illogical to assume that a being, unaware of even the concept of "sight," could decide upon its necessity and for the creation of an eye in its own body. This being the case, the reality is that there is a Being with superior wisdom, Who created living beings with the faculties of sight, hearing and so on.

The exact sentence I mean is "there is a being with superior wisdom"
