again, the religious context sets me limits to what I should say in Arabic

here is the context:
Satan does not possess any power independent of Allah. He is created by Allah, and is completely under His control. He is a servant of Allah, and can only act with His permission.

can you help with suggestion to the following sentence:

Satan does not possess any power independent of Allah

if I say:
الشيطان ليس له من القوة إلا ما منحه الله إياها

فقوته تتوقف وتعتمد وتنصرف إلى مقدار وقدرة ما أذن لها، فقوته مستمدة من الله، وليسه له قوة مغايرة لتلك القوة التي وهبه الله إياه، فهي من الله وإلى الله، فلولا الله لما كان له قوةٍ أصلاً.
ويعني ذلك أن الشيطان ليس له قوةٍ عنده من نفسه أو قوة مودعةًَ فيه بالمحضية أو من كونه له تصريف وتقدير هذه القوة لكي يتحكم بها، وإنما هي قوة محدودة وغير مطلقة.
قال تعالى في سورة إبراهم "وقال الشيطان لما قضي الأمر إن الله وعدكم وعد الحق ووعدتكم فأخلفتكم وما كان لي عليكم من سلطان إلا أن دعوتكم فاستجبتم لي فلا تلوموني ولوموا أنفسكم ما أنا بمصرخكم وما أنتم بمصرخي إني كفرت بما أشركتموني من قبل إن الظالمين لهم عذابٌ أليم"
فليس للشيطان سلطان خاص به من تلقاء نفسه، إنما سلطانه إلى الله وبإذن الله
