English term or phrase: par 72 golf course
This fabulous par 72 golf course with its rolling hills and cliffhanging greens present intriguing challenges to the pro and amateur golfer alike.

I am concerned with the word "par" here.
Here is the English definition:
(5. In sports: The number of golf strokes considered necessary to complete a hole or course in expert play.)

This is a part of a marketing article of a resort.

Arabic translation:ملعب غولف 72 بار
Explanation:
Golf has not acquired the same popularity as other ball games in the Arab world (miles and miles of green rolling hills, punctuated by water holes, are required). For this reason, the language of Golf remains largely unknown in the Arab world, and most of its terminology has remained untranslated, and will probably remain so for a long time.

Come to think of it, most Golf terminology sounds foreign even in English.
