|English term or phrase: live help|
|Arabic translation:دعمٌ حيّ da'mun hayy|
I undestand what you mean is help or support from a live person rather than from recorded messages, or through help or FAQ files. If this is the case than the literal translation of live to hayy (h as in Muhammad) works very well.
Other translations like mubashir may not indicate that exclusive meaning, just like "online help" does not exclusively mean live help from a real person.
Just to satisfy an urge of mine, I will also introduce a slightly radical alternative: "da'm insiyy دعم إنسيّ", which literally means "human help".
Hope this helps (no pun intended),
