Arabic translation:Don't translate them.
Explanation:
These two are more famous as short forms than to be translated. Anyone holding a mobile phone knows that his/her service provider is affiliated to either GSM or CDMA. People know them and it wouldn't make any sense providing their long forms or their long forms' translations. It's just as if translating the short form GMC, or LG or BHS. People know what they are as acronyms. If you (for example) told your friend that you baught your baby's set from "British Home Stores" ... he/she will sound like "where is that!" ... while you know that if you said "I baught it from BHS" the response would more likely be "Oh I've been there yesterday" (for example)

Just keep them as they are or just transliterate their shortforms.
