English term or phrase: The Eco credential
Hard to find at night as hotel sign not lit fully. Has a 70's feel and not particularly clean. The Eco credential means subdued lighting and no bathroom shampoo and shower gel. The bathroom itself very small with no separate shower cubicle only a wet room area. More concerning is the dodgy wiring none of which was channelled into the wall. The night porter got into an argument with a family who wanted rooms together on the quieter back area and become very defensive as he was unwilling to help. Otherwise the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

المقومات البيئية (مقومات الحفاظ على البيئة)

Explanation:
كل ما يمتلكه الفندق من المقومات البيئية هو الإضاءة الخافتة وعدم وجود صابون الاستحمام أو شامبو الشعر في الغرف.

The tone here is a bit sarcastic, the author expresses dismay at finding the apparently promised eco-friendly environment, and hence the phrase!

Asker: Thanks for your response, but How a bout شهادة بيئية or شهادة اعتماد بيئية? I know it's not mentioned literally here but isn't it a certificate that's given to environmentally friendly hotels? what do you think?
