English term or phrase: Basketball player / Volleyball player
Hello / Barev

Russian has separate male and female forms for these terms: "Basketbolist / Basketbolka" and "Voleibolist / Voleibolka." However, in English they are sex neutral (or "gender neutral" as some people say); just "basketball player" and "volleyball player."

How are they said in Armenian?

Thanks in advance for any help. I appreciate all answers and comments.

Sincerely,

Brian Costello
