English term or phrase: Red ChNapa (চাঁপা)
Is there any red ChNapa flower (I thought 'ChNapa' or 'চাঁপা ফুল' is only yellowish) ? If there is, then what is it called in Bangla ? Lal ChNapa ? Rokto ChNapa ?

লাল চম্পা (lal chompa) Or রক্ত চম্পা (rokto chompa)
Explanation:
I think you are asking for "champaca" flower which is an asian evergreen tree with fragrant oil. It has fragrant orange-yellow flowers whose oil is used in perfumery and is sacred to Hindus and Buddhists. And its Latin name is: Michelia champaca.
In Bengali you can call it as: লাল চম্পা (lal chompa) Or রক্ত চম্পা (rokto chompa)
