Bengali translation:young & innocent, any young girl, unripe
Explanation:
I am guessing, but from the context that Rhianna mentions I think the situation is something like this: she works in a take away restaurant where there are Bangla speaking co-workers and they call her kochi - in the east Bengali dialect it will sound very much like Kocchi which she has transliterated as "koshi" - she is really looking for the meaning of the Bangla word kochi - people from many areas in both east and west Bengal refer to young girls as kochi and is a very common usage in many Bangla dialects. Thus I think the actual Bangla word that Rhianna wants translated is kochi and the English translation will be young and innocent when the word is being used with reference to human beings, for example কচি কাঁচাদের জন্য where the word kochi means young. However, when we say এই দৃশ্যটি কচি কচি ছেলেমেয়েদের জন্য নয় we mean both young and innocent. In many Bangla dialects, however, the word kochi refers to young girls/ladies and is commonly used by many male Bengalis when referring to any young girl (for example, some areas of Midnapur) whether she looks innocent-looking or not.
The word kochi may also be used with reference to fruits and vegetables and of course the famous Bengali dish kochi patthar jhol - that means a curry made out of a young goat's meat. Unripe and fresh fruits and vegetables are also referred to as kochi, for example, kochi am (unripe mango), kochi lau shak (young and tender leaves and stalk of a white gourd plant) and so on.
But I am quite sure that Rhianna is quite an attractive young lady and her Bengali co-workers are calling her kochi - I can assure you Rhianna it is in a highly complimentary way they are using the word and not in a derogatory way! You must be an young and innocent-looking lady!

Explanation:
According to Wikipedia:
"The Koshi River or Kośi River, is a transboundary river between Nepal and India and and is one of the largest tributaries of the Ganga. The river along with its tributaries, drains a total area of 69,300 sqkm upto its confluence with the Ganga in India (29,400sqkm in Tibet, 30,700 sq.km in Nepal and 9,200 sqkm in India), a part of Tibet (China) including the Mount Everest region as well as the eastern one third of Nepal. The river basin is surrounded by the ridges separating it from the Brahmaputrain the north, the Gandaki in the west, Mahananda in the east and by the Ganga in the south. The river is joined by major tributaries, approximately 48 km north of the Indo-Nepal border, breaking into more than twelve distinct channels with shifting courses due to flooding.ver the last 250 years, the Koshi River has shifted over 120 km from east to west.[3] and the unstable nature of the river is attributed to the heavy silt which it carries during the monsoon season. Flooding in India has extreme effects. India is second in the world after Bangladesh in deaths due to flooding , accounting for one fifth of global flooding deaths. The Koshi River (The Sorrow of Bihar) is one of two major tributaries, the other river being Gandak, draining the plains of north Bihar, the most flood-prone area of India."
You didn't give the context but this is only word of proper noun found in Bengali language.
