You can choose between 'vani' and 'napolju'; 'veoma' and 'vrlo'; and somewhat even 'mokro' and 'vlažno'; and you can change order of the words almost indefinitely :)
So:
Napolju je vrlo mokro.
Veoma je mokro vani.
Vani je mokro, veoma!
etc
