I'm trying to say this in Bosnian as I teach my son to cover his mouth when yawning.

Bosnian translation:stavi ruku na usta
Explanation:
This sounds kinda like a quiz question you know :) but that's what you say when you tell someone to cover their mouth when they yawn (yawning - zevanje; child is yawning = dete zeva; when they yawn = kada zevne) or sneeze (to sneeze = kijati; child is sneezing = dete kiše; when they sneeze = kada kihne) or cough (to cough = kašljati; a child is coughing = dete kašlje)
