English to Bulgarian translations [PRO] Science - Agriculture | | English term or phrase: "threshold for the shift of the burden of proof" | I found this phrase while translating a cover letter for a position paper connected with agriculture. I still can't understand what "threshold" means here, as well as the other part of the phrase. I understand "burden of proof", but the whole thing together perplexed me :( Please help! And if you would please tell me what "apomicts" mean????
P.S. I'm attaching a part of the document to the message:
Under point III.1. the Position Paper includes a Jaccard Similarity Coefficient of 0.90 as threshold for the shift of the burden of proof in ***-disputes involving mutations, GMO and apomicts. |
