Рових се из текста ви и мисля, че това не са нищо друго, освен точките, в които се излиза на или от магистралата. В момента изчаквам мой познат - пътищар, с английски да ми подаде нещо за nose и taper...

това получих като най-точен отговор от познатия ми "пътищар":
exit datum point - осова точка на излизане - това е където се пресичат страничната линия на главния път и оста на отклонението - така е на картинката
