Знам, че не съм конкретизирала въпроса си, но както знаете, всеки договор се състои от няколко основни части.В случая, първата част е "Общи условия", а втората е въпросните "contract particulars".Моето предположение за превод е "Специални условия на договора". В тях се включват няколко анекса.Очаквам още предложения:)
