Същността на израза е, че "ставаш близък с някого, преодолели сте различни препятствия, имате обща цел за достигане, можеш да разчиташ на другия във всякаква ситуация и тн." Вкратце: заздравявам дружески връзки и взаимоотношения с някого, на когото можеш да разчиташ винаги"...
