Linguistics / Phrasal verb
English term or phrase: Man proposes but God disposes.
This phrasal verb is well-known, but I couldn't work out Burmese equivalent to it. Any contribution for rebooting my memories is greatly appreciated.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Yes, Zaw. You're right. Sometimes, you know, Burmese equivalent to phrasal verbs are hard to recollect. I had translated this phrasal verb a few years ago, i was not very happy of my translation, which was 'Lu ma naing Nat' ma te'. Now, I reckon, yours is quite appropriate.
