Yes, I can read it clearly. My understanding of flickr is uploading of images, photos and videos via internet. Your answer to this glossary defines movement of images, quite close to it, but I am not quite sure the message of uploading images and videos is sent clear enough to the prospective readers of Burmese background. The source text is like this ' Rules for participating computer rooms include students are not allowed flickr.
