Entenc el significat, és a dir, aquesta persona ja ha estat al govern el nombre màxim de legislatures i per tant no es pot tornar a presentar. El problema que tinc és que no sé com expressar-ho en aquesta frase, tenint en compte que seria convenient no fer una frase molt més llarga que a l'original. Estic més aviat bloquejada. Agraeixo per endavant les vostres aportacions.
