estrella per un dia/estrella d'un sol èxit

Explanation:
A mi em sembla un terme una mica irònic, tal i com està expressat. Una traducció més literal del tipus "meravella d´un sol triomf", "fenòmen d'èxit únic" o similars també poden anar bé, però semblen més forçades. Jugant amb el "hit the charts" podries traduir-ho com "tocat i enfonsat", encara que el tema marítim, aquí, hi té poc a veure.
