气变/气变包装

Explanation:
氣變儲藏 (Modified Atmosphere, MA storage)與CA類似，但較粗略，只是提高CO2或降低O2濃度至某一概數。雖不如CA要求的精確，但已有實用價值。最常見為將產品裝在塑膠袋中，透過塑膠膜的半滲透性與外界空氣的水分，CO2與O2維持於一自然平衡狀態。透過對袋內產品的呼吸率，重量與塑膠膜的有效表面積、透氣速率等，可控制袋內的氣體濃度於一設定的範圍內。此原理描述的多半是個理想，但由於使用上的方便與便宜，使得其應用範圍高過CA許多。
