Explanation:
有略微不同的说法：1、指股票上市后首日交易收盘价与当初认购价之差乘以卖出股数；2、一上市当日就卖出之卖价与当初认购价之差乘以卖出股数；3、有时直接就是指一上市当日卖出价或收盘价与当初认购价之差。虽然表述不尽一致，但意思大致相同，即上市后持有人可以获利（浮盈或实盈）。这就是股票上市过程中，为什么承销人在定价时定得低一些，让投资人有利可图，其中原因之一就让投资人以后还买他们承销的股票，他们承销起来也就容易些。未见过普遍接受的译法，提出两种，供参考。
