English term or phrase: happiness index

this is the context: Gross National Happiness (GNH)

幸福感指数 is the proper translation for happiness index but what I need is the "Personal" Happiness Index and I don't know whether to translate it into人生幸福指数 or 个人幸福指数. They seem to hint at wellbeing index. Is there any difference between happiness index and wellbeing index?

澳大利亚墨尔本大学心理学专家库克教授则提出幸福指数的两种形式：一种是个人幸福指数，包括人们对自己的生活水平、健康状况、在生活中所取得的成就、人际关系、安全状况、社会参与、自己的未来保障等七个方面的评价；另一种是国家幸福指数，包括人们对当前国家的经济形势、自然环境状况、社会状况、政府、商业形势、国家安全状况等六个方面的评价。
