English to Chinese translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Economics | | English term or phrase: Like for like growth | | The first thing that comes to my mind is 同比增长, but I feel that 同比增长 means "comparing with the same period last year" rather than comparing with the same type of products. Is there an established Chinese term for it, or is 同比增长 the right word for it? |

同年比 == Year on Year == comparing with the same period last year
Like for like sale : Comparing this year's sales to last year's sales by looking at the current sales derived only from activities that were in effect the previous year as well. This method would ignore sales that were only possible this year, for reasons such as a merger or acquisition or the launch of a new product.
