English term or phrase: limited achievement /very limited achievement

This is two levels of an Australian high school achievement report. others are very high achievement, high achievement, sound achievement. I wonder whether to translate them into 中、差，or something else?

Chinese translation:直译：取得的成就有限、取得的成就十分有限；其它译法：尚可、普通、一般、中等／不佳、欠佳、待加强、待改善

Explanation:

学生成绩评量，用字需特别小心，过于直接可能会伤害低成就学生的心灵感受。但如前面几项都是用单字表示，如优、佳、良等等，最后两项可能无可避免的只能用中、差。

Explanation:
按照大陆多年来常用的“优良中差”的四个评级说法，再加一个比“优”还好的级别（特级）。但是，现代教育思想注重维护儿童和青年的自尊心，以鼓励为主，反对使用消极语言，因此“差”字有可能不妥。
至于用单字还是双字的词，也取决于个人偏好。
