Explanation:
I think we are safe not translating this term as "法人". This is because the enumeration given in the Definition includes "individual". At least in some jurisdictions, e.g. Mainland China, "individuals" are not eligible to acquire the "legal person" status. Such being said, when the Definition shows that "individual" is included in the reference, the term "Person" necessarily refers to a high level concept encompassing both "natural person/自然人" and "legal person/法人", hence the translation "Person/人".

If willing to make a stretch, you may also consider using the term "主体" which is used within Mainland China. Far as I know, "主体" under the civil law basically consists of "natural person/自然人" and "legal person/法人".
