合伙人指定(assign了这个人为受让人，但没有把他纳入(unadmitted)合伙实体( Partnership)。

法律文件的原文用语本来就绕，本来就是让NATIVE READER也很难明白的，这样律师才能挣钱。律师口头为客户解释一页的文件，收费$200。我也做这个业务，我收$10都没人找我。其实有很多法律文件我们翻译是能解释明白的(题外话)

这就是法律文件的特点。原本就是这样绕的，我们能把意思翻译出来，有点绕和难懂是正常的。把文字过度地解释得很明白，解释得好还行，解释不好，PROOFREADER 会说译文离原文太远。

“不拗口而意义明确” 就不是法律文件的风格了。
