I know what "to dress" normally means for food. But is there a term in Chinese for it? And what is dressed crab like? Thanks.

Description: Because it’s flavour is so good, the edible crab will usually be presented plainly dressed. Dressed crab is crab that has been picked from the shell and claws, the brown and white meat kept separately, and then replaced in the shell and served with a light dressing. 不过dressed这个词既有“(畜、禽、鱼)剥皮[或去毛、鳞]、去内脏及分割加工好的”的意思，也有“加调料调味品的”。一时混淆了。
