Hi Guys, could you please help me with the translation of "hedge"in the sentence "However, at a consolidated level, it is necessary for the Group as a whole to have transacted a derivative with a third party and for that derivative to be designated as a hedge against the relevant hedged item". There are several points I'm not sure: 1. "transacted a derivative" 2. "as a hedge against the relevant hedged item" Could you please help hit the point? Many thanks!!
