如果我没有理解错误，一般法人实体在公开发行资本证券(main class of securities)之外，如果具备条件的话，还可以另外发行其他性质的有价证券，例如“公司债券”，那是another class of securities，同样可以在股市里公开交易。我们一般含糊地说“股票”，其实股票分成很多种类，而main class of securities是一家法人实体上市时最基本的股票，谁拥有这家公司的这种股票最多，谁就掌控了该公司最大的股权，当然也就有权影响该公司的领导结构，所以我推论这种性质的securities应该称为“库藏股”。
