Any award of the arbitrators shall be in writing and shall state the reasons upon which such award is based and may include {an ward of costs}, including reasonable legal fees and disbursements.

Explanation:
严格来说，“仲裁”是司法体系以外的解决纷争方式，仲裁的结果，是{recommendation}而不是{judgement}，亦没有法律地位，不能执行，完全只视乎双方对仲裁结果的态度，所以不应该被翻译为“裁定”。

就是因为不能执行，所以需要向法院申请，所以在法律上，不能算作“裁定”，也不可以算作“裁决”。

neutral  Helen Li: 如果双方选择仲裁作为争议解决方式，符合法律规定的仲裁裁定是具有法律效力的。如果一方不执行，对方可以向法院申请强制执行仲裁裁决。例如，可参照《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第六十二条规定：“当事人应当履行裁决。一方当事人不履行的，另一方当事人可以依照民事诉讼法的有关规定向人民法院申请执行。受申请的人民法院应当执行。”

  -> 理论上的和实质上是有很大的落差的，第六十二条所写的，整体上跟外国的都是一样，都是“.....应当....应当.....应当.....”。所以在开庭的时候，还是需要把案件从新审理，把双方所有理椐，从新辩证，从新举证，所以结果不一定需要跟仲裁结果一样。难处就在这里。如果胜方是对法院的审理是有信心的，当初也不用通过仲裁。这也是仲裁结果只是一个{recommendation}而不是{Judgement}的原因。
