can anyone help me with the Chinese translation of the phrase " controlling document or instruction" please?
As it appear in "A company that has over 50% direct and/or indirect interest (but this can include an interest via a controlling document or instruction" Thanks

控股权文件或指令

Explanation:
这里应该是说“控股权”，一个股东如果直接/间接股权超过50%，那么就是控股股东；但还有一种情况，就是大家都是小股东，都不到“控股”所需的最低控股比例（比如25%），那么就可以另行用一个文件（controlling document)规定控股权。

这句话英文肯定有问题，具体看上下文是否说得通。
