Can anyone help me with the Chinese translation of the term "mature" please? thanks
It is in the sentence " if the aggregate principal amount of Debt of that issue sold by the acquiror to customers in the ordinary course of business (or that mature and are paid while held by the acquiror)"

这里mature是动词，而due是形容词
mature作形容时也表示“到期的”，英英词典的解释是：Having reached the limit of its time; due。所以，我想应该和due的区别不大吧。
