English to Chinese translations [Non-PRO] Bus/Financial - Law (general) / legal | | English term or phrase: How long does the debt right of translation work last in Hong Kong? | I took translation job form "Translatus" Hong Kong Office (http://www.translatus.com/en/) in the last two years.
In 2000, their PO don't mention any invoice deadline. when I sent my Invoice to them in January 2011 for cases in 2000, they didn't response in the last eleven months. In these days, they finally response that they only pay invoice of work done in the last half year of 2000 because their tax book of 2010 is closed. If you know the regulation about this, please let me know.
Moreover, Please be very carefully to take job of this company as my friends also has payment issue with this company. If you face the same argue with this company, please also let me know. We should keep translation transaction in order and prevent such thing to happen and happen again.
Thank you very much. |
