“标准化” 也是可以考量的很好建议。
另外，按照整句的理解，可能不用按原文逐字翻会比较好。例如：
一个一成不变、无关乎实境的 “标准能力倾向格式”， 或”齐一模式“ 等等。。。
因为英文的trait可以是一种特质，也可以是在这里所指的“倾向“--依各种不同特质决定出某种能力的倾向。
