| English term or phrase: not very mechanical | If you have a product which is on a price per unit more expensive than some of your competitors, and you know that the customer you are going to visit is sensitive to price, then a story you might be able to tell is about how you (somebody you know) bought a camera and “thought that nowadays the quality of any camera is good, they are all the same, aren’t they?”
And what can go wrong with a camera? There’s nothing mechanical in it anymore (if your product is not very mechanical of course).
And then continue how you got problems, the service wasn’t there, the cost went up, accessories were unexpectedly expensive and in the end your cheap camera turned out to be more costly then if you had taken the better one in the first place!
Thank you for your help in advance! |
