And the options provided are:

My confusion is: how can a woman prevent pregnancy after sex by staying upside down? It doesn't make sense to me. And the word "if" in the question confuses me also, could it be a typo or something?

不知道你这个是不是有混淆项。我理解的是将女方生殖系统作为一个“容器”，采取让此容器“口朝下”的姿式...
