neutral  isahuang: call it 蔼单毙▅ゅ咎 too vague, the literal meaning is 蔼单毙▅ゅ咎, however, BA or MA both could be 蔼单毙▅ in Chinese. So you actually don't know which one it talks about. But here it refers to one year post-graduate diploma.
