STUDENT大写，相当于把中文的学生加引号，但在中文里没必要每次见到STUDENT，都把学生二字加引号。第一次这样做就足够了。
英文里的很多强调方式，比如斜体，粗体，大写，下划线，在中文里遵循这些格式常常是没有任何意义的， 有时反而影响阅读，让读者感到别扭。

Option 1: use "学生" .
Option 2：该生
Option 3：用张三来翻译它。
Option 1看起来不好看。Option 3只限于具体到张三这个学生的协议。
总之，语法正确，意思准确就行了。窃以为，译文和原文之间的“神似”要比“形似”重要得多。我临时用了这两个词，前者指意思准确无偏倚；后者指过分“忠实”于原文。 |
