Glad it was some use! You can find "les makomè" in various French-language sources. It seems to be a word used in parts of the Caribbean.

Forrest, it looks like these are all pejorative terms for "gay" used in different parts of the world. You could try asking "macome" as a French-English or, better still, Haitian Creole-English question, because it's apparently a Haitian word.
