刚才我又查了一些资料，FOB是一个贸易术语，但是服装行内把包工包料出口给客户的单通常也称为FOB单。CMT是一种合作方式，即Cutting+Making+Trimming，加工费+辅料费。
结合提供的信息，FOB应该指的是服装行业的包工包料。
FOB、IFOB、CFOB和CMT是服装公司主要的四种“采购-生产”模式。
FOB（包工包料）： 指 由成衣厂负责所有的面、辅料采购和加工的生产组织模式。
IFOB（异向指定）：指在本公司认可的面、辅料供应商范围内，由本公司核定面、辅料采购价格上限，再由成衣厂意向选择面、辅料供应商进行合作的生产组织模式。
CFOB（定向指定） 指由本公司指定特定的面、辅料供应商生产成衣所需的面、辅料，再由指定的成衣厂向特定面、辅料供应商采购后进行成衣加工的生产组织模式。
至于IFOM以及CFOB的英文全称，我查找很多资料，没有查出来。
