I always keep Brand names in English unless I can find information on the existing brand name in Chinese; or, client specificity requested for coming up with a new corresponding Chinese brand.
From what I can find, the brand is kept as 'PUBLIC' or "PUBLIC+' in PRC and Taiwan markets:
