English to Chinese translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Tourism & Travel | | English term or phrase: Gun smoke | 2009 Pinot Blanc
A big, broad, complex nose, filled with ripe pawpaw flavours, gun smoke, caramel and barrel tones. On the mouth, a sumptuous creamy impression saturates the palate. Texturally satisfying, with generous wads of creamy fruit. On the finish, there is a lemony acidity that quells the excess. All that weight – and yet it finishes dry and silky. |

| | 烟熏味 | Explanation: There is no need to be too restricted by the reference to gun. If you take it literally, it would appear as 枪熏味 but i don't think there is such an expression.
I can only think of 烟熏味, commonly used to describe the smoky flavour of wines. |
