Context: The Company will ship product that has been marked for “will call pick-up” if the product has not been picked up by the distributor within ten (10) business days of the scheduled autoship date, or the end of the calendar month, whichever is latest. The applicable shipping fees will be charged to the distributor. In addition, if the product is maintained by the Company after this date, the Company will assess a storage fee of $3.00 per day for each box that is not picked up
