Once you have a sellers permit, you may issue resale certificates to your suppliers to buy items you will sell in your business operations. Issuing a resale certificate allows you to buy these items without paying tax to the seller.

Pada li nekome na pamet kakav kratak prijevod (prostor je malo ogranicen), za sada imam "potvrdu o izuzeću od plaćanja poreza za robu u preprodaji", a cini mi se da "potvrda o preprodaji" ne objasnjava pojam, niti postoji u hrvatskoj legislaturi.

mogucnost:
POTVRDA O POREZNOM OOSLOBODJENJU KOD KUPOPRODAJE

resale je kupoprodaja (preprodaja takodjer, ali kupoprodaja se cesce koristi, bar u ovakvim aktima)

posto se ovdje radi o formularu koji je karakteristican za odredjeno poresko podrucje, mislim da treba prevesti sto doslovnije, a ne uklapati u hrvatsko zakonodavstvo.
